Eight Golden Rules To End A Conflict
when conflict happens usually,we will not able to understand how to react to it. So,these rules to deal with it.how we deal with it that matters the most if we follow the below rules we can come out of the conflict very easily.without being hurt or withouthurting the other person.
1:Share:sharing can help both people end up happy with the way things worked out.
2:Take turns:Sometimes a conflict can be resolved by letting each person having his or her own for a while
3:Chance it:when you have a disagreement over whose idea to go with ,let chance decide(flip a coin,play rock/paper/scissors).
4:Compromise:conflict is not solved by tug-of-war .If you commpromise,both are winners.
5:Apologize:say you are sorry if you are at fault.if you feel you didn't do anything wrong it can still help to say,"I'm sorry that we have gotten into this "argument".
6:Postpone:when one or both of you become angry while resolving a conflict, put off the discussion till you have cooled down.
7:Humour:sometimes we can look at our problems with a little humour or laugh and not take all of our problems so seriously.
8:Get help:when you have tried many ways to settle the conflict and have been unsuccessful, go to a person who can be counted on for a fair decision.
